Tombs of Buganda Kings at Kasubi
A royal burial ground on a Kampala hillside, converted from the palace King Mutesa I built in 1882 into the burial site of four Buganda kings - the Muzibu Azaala Mpanga, a huge circular thatched-dome structure in traditional Buganda style, remains the most active spiritual centre of the Baganda people and a living representation of a still-practised royal tradition.
