Kilu Cave

Rockshelter on Buka Island, Bougainville (Papua New Guinea), the earliest known human-occupation site in the Solomon Islands archipelago and among the earliest evidence anywhere of deliberate open-ocean voyaging - reaching it from Nissan Island required crossing at least 60km of open sea with no land in sight. Discovered 1987 (Wickler and Spriggs). Coordinate is Wikipedia's own point for the cave; OSM has no dedicated entry for it, only for Buka Island as a whole (-5.2307/154.6314, ~13km away) - a coverage gap, honestly noted. No free-licensed photo found; omitted.
