Sar (Early Dilmun Settlement)

Small but unusually rich Early Dilmun town in Bahrain — several hundred seals recovered from the settlement and its burial ground, an administrative density otherwise unmatched on the island, first surveyed in 1977 and fully excavated by the London-Bahrain expedition through the 1990s.
