Sinauli
Burial ground in the Ganga-Yamuna doab where wooden coffins were found with copper-clad carts, antenna swords and helmets, dated around 2000-1800 BCE. The excavators presented the carts as chariots and as evidence of Indo-Aryan technology; the wheels are solid discs, and much of the field reads them as ox-carts instead.
