Fujian Tulou (Tianluokeng)
A cluster of five earthen clan houses on a hillside in Nanjing County, Fujian: a square tulou ringed by three round ones and an oval one, nicknamed "four dishes and a soup". Fujian tulou are thick-walled, fortified communal homes where a whole lineage lived around one courtyard.
